1. Clients who cancel EXALT excursions 48 to 36 hours in

advance are eligible for a full refund. Please ensure any

cancellation is registered with us by the close of business

hours approximately 36 hours prior to the time of excursion

departure. (Check our telephone/fax numbers under

Office locations.)

2. There will be a 50% cancellation fee levied on all

cancellations made 36 to 24 hours prior to excursion

departure time.

3. Cancellations received by us less than 24 hours (‘last minute

cancellations’) prior to excursion departure time, do not qualify

for a refund.

The above applies to each individual person booked, not to the

overall group or party booked. If in a two or more member party,

one person wishes to cancel, e.g. due to sudden illness, but the

other(s) is/are still able to go, the cancellation request is only

relevant to the one, e.g. ill individual. The rest of the party do

not qualify under the cancellation policy and would be expected

to participate.

Excursions operated by EXALT Travel Ltd. give emphasis to exploring natural and cultural environments in wild, undeveloped regions of Cyprus. In order to ensure maximum contact with the landscape, some portions of the itineraries are covered on foot over sometimes difficult terrain. Whilst every effort has been taken to select the

easiest and safest footpaths across the landscape and to establish safe operating conditions during the excursion, EXALT Travel Ltd. does not accept any liability for acts, injuries, damages or inconveniences caused to or suffered by any person or their property during the walking portion of the excursion. Anyone participating in these excursions should understand that they do so at their own risk.
